Founded in 1961, Fröling now looks back on over 4 decades of experience in wood-heating technology. The production of the first boiler in a small hall marked the beginning of the long and successful road.
Thanks to continuous research and development, the Fröling name is now firmly anchored in the world of modern heating technology. As a pioneer in its field, the family business has achieved many milestones:
The successful road
The Fröling company is founded. Around 10 staff members produce the first boiler

|1988||The FHG Turbo Firewood Boiler marks a new era in the economical and efficient use of wood for heating|
|1991||Fröling introduces the first waste wood fired furnace with Lambda technology and wins an innovation award|

Meanwhile all Froling boilers up to 100 kW bear the Austrian ecolabel (36 products).
Today Fröling employs around 500 people and enjoys success throughout Europe, exporting its firewood, waste wood and pellet fired furnaces at a rate of over 70 %.
