For more than 50 years, Froling has been the leading quality brand for wood and pellets as a source of heating. This biomass specialist is now proud to announce its first solution which provides both heat AND power from wood. The newly-developed Froling CHP fixed bed gasifier is available with an electrical capacity of 46/50/56 kW or thermal capacity of 95/105/115 kW, and has an overall efficiency rating of 85%.

The CHP comes as a pre-commissioned container solution which is ready for installation and use (wood gasification including safety features, exhaust gas line and automatic gas flare). Clearly-defined interfaces and the intelligent system design make the CHP a unique “plug and play” solution. Our customers have been delighted with all the stages of the process: from the initial consultation they were given during the planning stage, through the support we provided during the installation and onto the operative stage which they have found to be both efficient and comfortable.
