BUNKER FILLING SYSTEMS FOR WOOD CHIPS

Bunker filling system BFSU

Bunker filling systems for wood chips

Bunker filling system BFSU

The Froling horizontal bunker filling system guarantees high feed output and maximum ejection distance. A screw transports the wood chips from the tipping gutter into the vertical feed system, which transports the fuel to the desired height for the centrifugal disc. This bunker system fills the bunker without producing much dust, ensuring the best possible distribution of the fuel in the store space.

The separate drive for the high speed centrifugal disc enables a particularly good ejection distance. The ejection distance depends on the grain size and weight of the fuel and the position of the centrifugal disc. Depending on the fuel characteristics and local conditions, ejection distances of up to 9 metres can be achieved.

Advantages:

  • Easy to assemble
  • High feed output (up to 45m³/h)
  • Great ejection distance (up to 9 m)
  • Optimum fuel distribution
  • Suitable for G30 and G50 wood chips
  • Flexible set-up options
